New York Plastic Surgeon Develops Ground Breaking Face Lift Technique, Promises Instant Results and Faster Recovery

The SLUPLift proves to be the most innovative face lift procedure in cosmetic surgery. Developed by Dr. Oleh Slupchynskyj for his international patients who did not want a long recovery period nor sedation, the SLUPLift is performed as an outpatient procedure under local anesthesia, and can reverse the "age" clock by 10 years or more. The lift starts with a small incision of 2-3 inches in front of the earlobe and elevation of the skin just in front of the earlobe. The muscle is then threaded in a loop fashion to tighten the jowl area. This minimally invasive technique means patients can typically return to work the next day with little or no bruising or swelling.

What are the advantages of the SLUPLift and why not do a "Thread Lift" instead? "The muscle under the skin is sutured in my procedure, so it will not loosen over time," Dr. Slupchynskyj reports. "The result is much longer lasting with a more beautiful, natural appearance. Barbs used in thread lifts hold fat (which pulls the underlying skin) and dissolve in a short period of time. Threads that grasp fat, not muscle, create a short-term and unnatural result. Risks of thread lift procedures include thread migration, which may cause an imbalanced facial appearance without further treatment, threads becoming dislodged during sleep, and bunching of excess skin," states Dr. Slupchynskyj. The SLUPLift has none of those risks. Dr. Slupchynskyj asks "who wouldn't want to look 10 years younger in one hour with results lasting up to 10 years? And, you can return to work the next day."

Oleh Slupchynskyj, M.D. is the Director and Founder of The Aesthetic Facial Surgery Institute of New York and New Jersey with offices in Manhattan and West Orange and has been in private practice for over 10 years.
